《火星霸王》（The Master Mind of Mars）是美國作家埃德加·賴斯·巴勒斯（Edgar Rice Burroughs）創作的科幻奇幻小說，同時也是他筆下「巴蘇姆」（Barsoom）系列的第六部作品。相關記載顯示，巴勒斯在構思本書時，曾先後以《火星奇譚》（A Weird Adventure on Mars）與《巴蘇姆的瓦德·瓦羅》（Vad Varo of Barsoom）作為暫定書名。本書最早於1927年7月15日刊登於《奇異故事年刊》（Amazing Stories Annual）第一卷，首刷單行本則於1928年3月由A. C. McClurg出版社正式發行。
